3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and website design, is the property of BS Build & Design or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website without express written permission from us

All architectural designs, engineering plans, and project documentation created by BS Build & Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and the project is completed as per the contract.

• We reserve the right to use completed projects for our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Delays caused by client (late decisions, approvals, payments) may result in project timeline extensions and potential additional costs

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BS Build & Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the website
• Any content obtained from the website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the website or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, or if no payment has been made, ₹10,000.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BS Build & Design and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the website or our services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
